You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely
delivered. Most orders can and will ship within 24-48 hours after
receiving payment. However, please understand that in rare situations,
some items can be back-ordered or out-of-stock. In the event this
occurs, we will notify you immediately within 48 hours and you may
either substitute the items ordered or you will be entitled to a full
refund for your order payment.
After an order is shipped, you should receive the package no later than
2-5 business days (for U.S. orders) OR 10-14 business days (for
Canadian/International orders). Also, please know that all orders come
with a FREE tracking confirmation number (U.S. orders only).
Furthermore, we now offer a standard FLAT-RATE shipping of $1.99 for
unlimited items purchased through our store. We believe in making it
easy for our customers to shop without the added expense of shipping
when choosing to buy multiple items. Please note, however, that each order comes with a $1 handling fee. If you have questions about
shipping fees, please be sure to contact us first before ordering.
